Casa Yucca is located in Carcavelos, 850 meters from the famous Carcavelos beach, with its long, soft golden sand and clear sea waters. The house is located in a residential street, very quiet, with free public parking. It is surrounded by all kinds of commerce, services and restaurants.
Casa Yucca has an outdoor area of around 500m2, with an outdoor pool and a dining area with barbecue. The garden is completely private and is prepared for six guests to enjoy the space in comfort and tranquility.
Inside, Casa Yucca has three bedrooms. Linen and towels included.
The Buganvília room has a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The Jacarandá room has two single beds and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The Mimosa room has a double bed, and despite not having an en suite bathroom, it has a very large bathroom right next to the bedroom. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, a desk with a chair and an armchair.
The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. It has a fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, espresso machine and American coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, and all kinds of crockery and cutlery. It also has a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. There is a hairdryer.
The living room is very comfortable and has a TV and WI-FI internet connection throughout the house. The dining room is spacious and faces the garden. It has a dining table for 6 people and a bar area.
Casa Yucca does not allow parties or events. It is a house for family holidays, for sportsmen or professionals on business. It is a residential area and the tranquility in the neighborhood is fundamental. Noise from 22:00 is not allowed.
There are several restaurants and cafes/pastry shops within a radius of 500 meters, the Pingo Doce supermarket is 500 meters away, the Carcavelos Market is 900 meters away, St. Julian’s School is 300 meters away and St. Julian’s Rugby Club 700 meters away, the Carcavelos Tennis and Padel Club is 500 meters away and the train station to Lisbon/Cascais is just 400 meters away. Lisbon airport is 26km away and Estoril Golf Course is 7.5km away.

NOTE: a security deposit of 500€ in cash will be charged by our team at the check-in. It will be returned on the check-out day (or the day before) after a thourough inspection of the property.

A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail with all the important details about your reservation and Feels Like Home additional services.
Guests will be contacted by our team until 3 days before the check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 (8pm) to 24:00 (00am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). Arrivals from 24:00 (00am) to 07:00 (07am), a late check-in fee of EUR 50 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.
Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.
Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.
