Country house with garden located in Malveira da Serra, overlooking guincho beach. House prepared for people with motor disabilities (access ramps and elevator). It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. In the outdoor area has a dining area and barbecue facilities.
Mira Guincho house is located in Cascais, on the road of Malveira da Serra 4km from the wonderful guincho beach and 8km from the center of Cascais. Malveira da Serra is 1km away and is very well served by restaurants, supermarket and other local commerce. Azóia is 5 km away and the famous Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe, is 4.3 miles away.
The house is situated at the top of the mountain, in a very quiet area, with a wonderful view, which allows you to enjoy unique moments of tranquility and leisure.
With an outdoor space of 800m2 totally private, with slides and swings for children, and a barbecue area to enjoy fantastic outdoor meals.
The garden is a true paradise with beautiful nooks, stunning plants and flowers and breathtaking views. It is the ideal place to relax, play as a family, read a good book, have a drink, enjoy a meal abroad.

The whole house is prepared for people with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users. In the garden there is access ramp to the house and inside the house there is an elevator for access to the upper floor. The house does not have stairs to access the upper floor, only the elevator.
Although there are protections, care is advised to move the outside areas and care for children.
The house has an equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare your meals, living room, a full bathroom, a bedroom with double bed on the lower floor and another bedroom with two single beds on the upper floor.
The whole house has air conditioning for your comfort, wi-fi wireless and there is TV.
From the windows you can admire the wild beauty of Guincho beach and the deep blue of the Atlantic Ocean.

NOTE: a security deposit of 200€ in cash will be charged by our team at the check-in. It will be returned on the check-out day (or the day before) after a thourough inspection of the property.

A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail with all the important details about your reservation and Feels Like Home additional services.
Guests will be contacted by our team until 3 days before the check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 (8pm) to 24:00 (00am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). Arrivals from 24:00 (00am) to 07:00 (07am), a late check-in fee of EUR 50 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.
Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.
Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.
