It has 1 parking space in the garage. Condominium has 2 swimming pools and ample lawn space and also a bar with drinks, snacks and meals.
In addition to all these qualities, this apartment is located in a quiet and residential area, close to all amenities and the most beautiful Marina in Portugal, with fabulous restaurants and beaches.

Guests should contact our team 45min before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Arrivals from 23:00 (11pm) to 06:00 (06am), a late check-in fee of EUR 40 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). During the low season (01/10 until 31/03) all the check-in's shall arrive until 20:00 (8pm)
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.
Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.
