This modern and elegant flat is located in the Bairro de Santos-o-Velho, one of Lisbon's most iconic old neighbourhoods bordered by the famous 4km Avenida 24 de Julho, which starts at Praça D. Luis I in Cais do Sodré and runs all the way to Alcântara.
The Santos-o-Velho neighbourhood is surrounded by services, shops and restaurants. Within a 1km radius you'll find the Santos train station, which takes you from Lisbon to the wonderful beaches of the Estoril Coast and Cascais, fantastic restaurants with river views and cosy pastry shops where the bread and cakes are always fresh out of the oven, supermarkets, a cycle path, a variety of shops, recreational areas and museums, including the Museum of Ancient Art.
The condominium has two lifts and a gym.
The flat is located on the 5th floor and has a balcony overlooking the city.
The entire flat has air conditioning and WI-FI.
The flat is an open space with a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Next to the kitchen is a dining table for four.
In the living area you'll find a sofa bed and an LCD TV with international channels.
The bathroom has a walking shower.
In the bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe and a wardrobe where you can find a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
In the bedroom and living room we can access a balcony with picturesque views over the city.

Access to the apartment is made by code. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact our team upon arrival to provide the ID or Passport information and obtain the access codes.
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
