Located in the historic heart of Lisbon, this charming 3 bedroom flat in Calçada de Santo André has a large living room filled with Lisbon’s light and a super pleasant patio to cherish cool moments outdoors. The apartment was recently renovated maintaining the original plaster works on the ceilings, its original doors and configuration from the XIXth century. The result is a confortable, practical space full of a classical charm and soul.
The apartment is at a 5 minutes walking distance from several breathtaking viewpoints over Lisbon such as Miradouro de Santa Luzia, Miradouro da Graça, or Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, among others, 5 minutes away from the traditional fleemarket Feira da Ladra (Tuesdays and Saturdays), 8 minutes walking distance from Castelo de São Jorge and Sé de Lisboa. The nearest metro station is Martim Moniz that can connect you easily to anywhere in Lisbon. The centre of Baixa-Chiado is about 15 minutes walking distance and Terreiro do Paço only 10 minutes walking distance. Access to the apartment is made by code. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact our team upon arrival to provide the ID or Passport information and obtain the access codes.

All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
