Apartment with 3 bedrooms, located in São Pedro do Estoril. 5 min from the beaches and the Cascais/Lisbon train station.
The apartment is located in a building in a family neighborhood, in a pleasant and quiet location, 100 meters from the beach and 60 meters from the train station of S. Pedro do Estoril.
The apartment has been completely refurbished and is located on a 1st floor in a building without elevator with easy access by wide stairs.
When you enter, an entrance hall gives access to the large, bright living room with a seating area and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the crockery and cutlery you need to prepare a meal at home.
A hall separates the social area from the private area of the three bedrooms.
The elegantly decorated suite features a double bed, has a private bathroom with shower cabin. Down the hall are the two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The double rooms each have two single beds. One of the rooms has a small balcony.
If you are looking for a very well located apartment, with all the facilities and comfort you can get, this is the ideal location.
Access to the beach is easy. It has a large car park for those arriving by car by marginal and an underground tunnel for those arriving by train or on foot.
São Pedro do Estoril is very well served by commerce, services and restaurants.
NOTE: a security deposit of 200€ in cash will be charged by our team at the check-in. It will be returned on the check-out day (or the day before) after a thourough inspection of the property.
A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail with all the important details about your reservation and Feels Like Home additional services.
Guests will be contacted by our team until 3 days before the check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 (8pm) to 24:00 (00am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). Arrivals from 24:00 (00am) to 07:00 (07am), a late check-in fee of EUR 50 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.
Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.
Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.
