This apartment is situated on the ground floor, inserted in a residential area, very quiet, 20 minutes walk from the historic center of Cascais and furnished and decorated with taste, refinement and comfort.
It features a dining area and a leisure area with TV and free WI-FI; a fully equipped kitchen; a marquee with laundry, washing machine, board and iron. They also have two bedrooms, both with wardrobe, one has a double bed and the other room has a double bed and a single bed. It also has a full bathroom with bathtub and shower, next to the bedrooms.
This apartment is located in a region close to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of rare beauty.
It is located on the Costa da Guia, a 5-minute drive from the historic centre, with its local shops, outdoor restaurants, pastries and bars, also the calm beaches of the Estoril Coast, the Marina and Cascais Naval Club.
It is also very close, 5 minutes by car, to one of the best beaches in the area, guincho beach, known internationally for lovers of surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing and now more recently paddle surfing.
It is also very close to Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, surrounded by green pine trees.
For lovers of the equestrian arts, the equestrian centre at Quinta da Marinha is also available, as well as a gym complete with tennis and paddle.
Within a 10 km radius you will find the Estoril Congress Centre, The Estoril Casino and the Estoril Racetrack.
Lisbon is only 40 minutes away by car or public transport.

NOTE: a security deposit of 200€ in cash will be charged by our team at the check-in. It will be returned on the check-out day (or the day before) after a thourough inspection of the property.

Guests will be contacted by our team until 3 days before the check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 (8pm) to 24:00 (00am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). Arrivals from 24:00 (00am) to 07:00 (07am), a late check-in fee of EUR 50 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.
Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.
Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.
