NOTE: for stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ will be applied to cover extra charges for domestic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.) in case of non-responsible use

The unit is well located given is less than 5 min walk to the river and Santa Apolónia station, stone's throw away from Feira da Ladra and the Santa Clara market, as well as the Pantheon, in one of Lisbon's most walkable neighborhoods bordering the historic Alfama neighborhood.

Guests must pick-up the keys at the Welcome Center located in Lisbon.
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid at the check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.
